The HX420 Automatic Pincer-Type Gathering Machine is a fully automatic solution designed to collect and gather printed sheets or folded signatures in the correct sequence, assemble complete book blocks, and deliver them continuously for the next binding process.
Featuring a compact and flexible design, the HX420 supports loading from either side and can operate as a stand-alone machine or be connected in-line with a book sewing machine or perfect binder. Its modular architecture allows production capacity to be configured according to different factory layouts and output requirements. Each module includes three gathering stations, enabling flexible configurations of 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, or 21 stations.
